This Week's Workouts
Here's the plan for this week:
Monday: 6pm run with PARC
Tuesday: 7am run at Rancho
Wednesday: 6pm run with PARC
Thursday: rest (open mic night at the Sacred Grounds Cafe)
Friday: maybe a quick bike ride at Skeggs
Saturday: 8am run with PARC
Looks like it's going to be a busy week.
